Wexford Local Development and the Irish Cancer Society continue to work together in 2014 to deliver talks to community groups promoting a healthy lifestyle.

The message of this volunteer-led programme is a positive one, focussing on how we can all reduce our risk of cancer, and other diseases, by looking at our lifestyle and making healthy choices.

In 2013, this message was delivered to a range of community groups in County Wexford,  in Gorey, Enniscorthy, Wexford and New Ross area, both in small group settings and at Community Health days.Each session lasts approximately 1 – 1 1/2 hours and can be delivered locally.
