Wexford Local Development is inviting tenders and applications from Training Providers, Tutors and Youth Leaders to form a new Training Panel to deliver courses to eligible clients.
We are looking for applicants who are qualified in their area of expertise, with a learner-centered approach and who have an understanding and experience of working with our target groups under the SICAP (Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme) and other programmes. These groups include unemployed people, Lone Parents, Roma, Travellers, people with disabilities, and children, young people and families who experience disadvantage both on an individual level and in their communities.
WLD is planning to deliver a wide range of training programmes including industry certified employment training; general skills programmes including Basic IT and ECDL as well as business and enterprise training and courses for children and young people including homework support and second level subject-specific support.
