Many thanks to all those who are attended the recent public consultation meetings for the next LEADER programme.  These meetings were extremely well attended and saw a wide discussion on what members of the public would like to see as investment priorities for the LEADER programme. Many exciting ideas were discussed at these meetings which could form part of the overall Local Development Strategy. The last meeting will be held at 7:30pm tonight (Monday October 5th) in the Brandon House Hotel, New Ross and we encourage anyone with an interest to attend.

Members of the public, businesses, community organisations, environmental groups and others are now also being invited to forward written submissions for consideration in the Local Development Strategy. These submissions should outline what you would like to be considered as priorities for the delivery of the LEADER 2014-2020 Programme in Co. Wexford.

This is a great opportunity for interested people to influence the content of the next LEADER programme in Co. Wexford and everyone with an interest is encouraged to give their ideas.
