Food Hygiene

Food Safety and Hygiene is suitable for any person seeking employment in an environment where food is prepared, processed or sold. The course covers all aspects of HAACP with modules including Food Safety, Hazards, Contamination, Hygiene, Premises, equipment, Pest Control, Cleaning and Food Safety Legislation. The course runs for two and a half days.

On Completion: Successful participants receive a certificate recognised within the food sector and valid for up to 5 years
